O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint given by the second respondent.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that due to business transaction, the second respondent has issued a statutory notice under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, claiming certain amount and that being so, he lodged a complaint before the first respondent and based on that, the first respondent is harassing the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the first respondent, C.S.R.No.6/2018 was issued and after enquiry, complaint has been closed. Hence, the question of harassing the petitioners does not arise.
