2. The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to quash the records in H.S.No.151 of 2006 dated 08.02.2006.

3. Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor who accepts notice for the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the representation dated 16.01.2021 submitted by the petitioner is posted for consideration by the second respondent.

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 16.01.2021, on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
