To call for the records pertaining to the Charge Sheet in PRC.No.63 of 2017 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Alangulam in Crime No. 579 of 2015 on the file of the 1st Respondent Police and quash the same in respect of the petitioner. ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order dated of this court 08.02.2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif, Alangulam Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Alangulam, in D.NO. 523/2022 , Dated 08.04.2022, and this court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in P.R.C.No.63 of 2017. 2.This Court, by order, dated 08.02.2022 directed the Court below to complete the committal proceedings in P.R.C.No.63 of 2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now the Court below seeks further one month time to dispose of the said case.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, one month time is extended for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

disposing the case in P.R.C.No.63 of 2017 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
