This petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Karur in Crl.M.P.No.675 of 2015 on 20.07.2015.
2.While granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners, the learned Sessions Judge, Karur directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. and sign for one month and thereafter, they should sign once in a fortnight on the 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.00 a.m for the next three months and also imposed other conditions.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that A1 is the Medical college student studying at Tanjore and A2 is working as teacher in a Government Higher Secondary School at Trichy and the petitioners 3 and 4 are working in the I.T Company at Chennai and Bangalore and the 5th petitioner is working at Trichy and the 6th petitioner is the house wife and they find difficulty to comply with the condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge. It is further submitted that in respect of the condition imposed on the other co-accused, the same was modified by the learned Sessions Judge in Crl.M.P.No.676 of 2015 on 30.06.2015 directing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
them to appear once in 15 days for 3 months.
4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.
5.Considering the above facts, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.675 of 2015, dated 20.07.2015 by the learned Sessions Judge, Karur is modified to the effect that the petitioners 1, 3 to 6 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required and the 2nd petitioner/A2 shall appear before the respondent police at 10.00 a.m for four consecutive Saturday and Sunday and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
