Heard both sides.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing for Trichy City Municipal Corporation clarified that as of now, no action has been proposed to be taken against the writ petitioners. If any action is proposed to be taken, the petitioners will be given prior notice and only after giving them reasonable breathing time, action will be taken. I am satisfied that as of now no cause of action has arisen.

3. Recording the stand of the respondents, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
