Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the second respondent dated 20.01.2021 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to take legal action against the respondents 2 and 3 for their illegal activity and to depute some honest officer to collect the reasonable closing amount as One Time Settlement from the petitioner and get the loan closed and return back her original sale deed and remaining 19 signed empty cheques from the respondents 2 and 3.
