[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing the copy of G.O.Rt.No.296 Home, Prohibition and Excise (IX) Department, dated 18.01.2024, stated before this Court that the impugned detention order has been revoked.

2. Recording the same, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
