ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondents to take into account 50% of the service rendered by the petitioner as Panchayat Assistant from 28.10.1985 to 22.12.1999 for pensionary benefits and accordingly fix the pension to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the subject matter of the 2/5

writ petition has already been considered and the same has been rejected vide order, dated 29.11.2023 and place the same before this Court.

3. Taking note of the said submission, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the 6th respondent, dated 29.11.2023 this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 29.01.2024 NCC :
