ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as Accused Nos.1 to 3, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) 323, 379(NH) and 506(i) of the Indian Penal Code in Crime No.148 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. According to the defacto complainant, he is the employee of a Finance company and the first accused has availed loan from the Finance company and when he had gone there to collect the loan amount, the accused abused him and also threatened him with dire consequences.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the defacto complainant has misbehaved with the accuse, for which, a wordy quarrel arose between them and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has no bad antecedents.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions.

6. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti, Theni District and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation and the second and third petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

7.
