ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 29.12.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused has obtained a loan of Rs.2,97,500/- on 30.06.2015 for purchasing an auto. Subsequently, when the petitioner went for collection of the amount, the proposed accused abused him and also criminally intimidated him. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondents on 29.12.2017, but so far, no action has been taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
