2. The petitioner seeks police protection. However, he is not having any enforceable order or decree from the jurisdictional civil Court. Hence, relief under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., cannot be granted. Leaving open the other rights and remedies of the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
