This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2025 and issue patta in favour of the petitioner.

2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the properties comprised in S.Nos.31/A2, 31/2B and 31/3, belonging to the petitioner's husband, were acquired by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board. Subsequently, the lands which were not utilised were reconveyed to the landowners by issuance of a Government Order. The petitioner's husband also succeeded in the suit filed against the Tamil Nadu Housing Board. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 05.12.2025 seeking issuance of patta in her name. Though the first respondent forwarded the said representation Page No. 2 of 5
