ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register an F.I.R on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 20.07.2015.
2. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 20.07.2015, a case in Crime No.106 of 2015 was registered by the second respondent police for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of I.P.C.
