The criminal original petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.67 of 2017, dated 21.12.2017, on the file of the second respondent to some other impartial investigating agency. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that after investigation, the second respondent has closed the complaint as "Mistake of Fact" and the final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate and referred charge sheet notice also served on the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
