This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.348 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent Police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State represented that the F.I.R, registered in Crime No.348 of 2015 , after completing the investigation, was closed as mistake of fact and hence, the prayer sought for in this criminal original petition has become infructuous.
