This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the second respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint an enquiry has been conducted and it was closed on 27.11.2017 and hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
