ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner seeking for the survey of the subject property and for the issuance of a separate patta in the name of the petitioner.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the application given by the petitioner has been taken on file and notice was also issued to the petitioner and the other interested parties. W.P.(MD).No.1571 of 2021 counsel further submitted that some time limit may be fixed by this Court for the completion of the entire process.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the first respondent has already taken cognizance of the application submitted by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to conduct an enquiry / inspection in the presence of the petitioner and other interested parties and complete the entire process strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the petitioner and the contesting party will co-operate for the completion of the entire process within the time stipulated by this Court.
4. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
