This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.479 of 2017 at early. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the third respondent has registered a case on 04.11.2017 in Cr.No.479 of 2017 under Sections 294(b), 147, 323, 324, 354, 427, 447, 379, 506(ii) IPC and 3 (1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(w)(i), 3(2) (va) of The Scheduled Caste and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015, but sofar, a final report has not been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the investigation is in progress and three months time may be
granted for filing a final report.
4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
