ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 08.02.2023, taking into consideration of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to make a donation of Rs.25,000/- to any welfare scheme of Government, more particularly, to the Honourable Prime Minister's Relief Fund for sending reliefs to the victims of the earth quake in Syria and Turkey and the post the matter today for reporting compliance. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the said order has not been complied with by the petitioner.
