This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the third respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner and the third respondent are husband and wife. Due to the family dispute, the third respondent gave a false complaint against the petitioner herein and based on that, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner and his family members. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the third respondent, C.S.R.No.23 of 2018 has been issued and the enquiry is still pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry discloses any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law. Instead of doing so, the second respondent should not harass the petitioner unnecessarily. 5.With the aforesaid direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
