PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Devakottai, to dispose of the injunction petition in I.A.No.3 of 2025 in O.S.No.186 of 2025 within a time limit that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Devakottai, to dispose of the injunction petition in I.A.No. 3 of 2025 in O.S.No.186 of 2025 within a time limit that may be fixed by this Court.

2.This Court, vide order, dated 27.01.2025, had directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Devakottai, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending cases and in compliance of the same, the learned Subordinate Judge, Devakottai, had sent a report vide proceedings in D.No.291, dated 09.02.2026, giving details with regard to the pendency of the cases for the years 2025 and 2026, which was addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending cases for the years 2025 and 2026 is 224 and the pendency of the cases in the year 2024 is 186.

3.Since the present case is of the year 2025, the learned Subordinate

Judge, Devakottai, is directed to dispose of the case in I.A.No.3 of 2025 in O.S.No.186 of 2025 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

4.With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
