ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 31.05.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on 03.03.2016, the proposed accused persons have set fire to the poultry farms of the petitioner and caused a loss of Rs.7,00,000/- and the petitioner also sustained injuries and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 31.05.2017, but so far, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.

enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the aforesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
