This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 259 of 2022, on the file of the second respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case, investigation is completed and the charge sheet will be filed shortly.
