ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 03.02.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that based on the complaint, the First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.23 of 2018 under Section 342, 294(b), 323, 354 and 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
