ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who are arrayed as A1 and A2, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 354 and 506(i) IPC, in Crime No.279 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. According to the prosecution that the de-facto complainant borrowed a sum of Rs.35,000/- from the accused and due to non-payment of the said amount all the accused abused and also assaulted her with their hands. Hence, a case was registered against the petitioners.

3. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and also considering the fact, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions.

6. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, Thanjavur District, and each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

7.
