ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw the complaint of the petitioner pending before the third respondent dated 11.11.2021 and transfer to the second respondent for further and speedy investigation.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that enquiry has been conducted on the basis of the complaint dated 11.11.2021 given by the petitioner and the same was closed on 07.02.2022 and nothing survives in this petition.
