Mr.S.Veeranasamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing the matter for a while and after this Court expressed opinion that snack vendor has no right, especially when the TASMAC took a decision to close down the shop and gave an undertaking before this Court to close the said shop, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. 2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
