O R D E R

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/ second respondent for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the

order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17912 of 2024 dated 19.10.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the contemnor would submit that in pursuance of the direction of this Court, the contemnor has issued a notice to both the parties and conducted an enquiry and came to a decision that the complaint given by the petitioner is false and they have also served the copy of the closure report to the petitioner and filed a status report and also produced the copy of the closure report before this Court.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law.
