O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the third respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the third respondent has fabricated a pro-note stating that the petitioner's son has borrowed a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- on 21.07.2011 and based on that, the third respondent gave a false complaint against the petitioner herein before the second respondent. Based on the said complaint the second respondent is harassing the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the third respondent, an enquiry was conducted and it was closed on 20.02.2018 as the dispute is civil in nature.

4.The learned counsel for the third respondent has submitted that the petitioner is liable to pay a huge amount of Rs.5,00,000/- and hence, the matter may be referred to mediation and conciliation centre.

5.Considering the fact that already the third respondent's complaint has been closed by the second respondent, this Court is of the view that it cannot direct the parties to appear before the mediation. It is always open to the third respondent to submit an application before the mediation and conciliation centre. 6.With the aforesaid observation, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
