This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.29 of 2017, pending investigation, on the file of the respondent herein and to lay the final report within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that charge sheet has been filed on 03.10.2017, before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai, but sofar, it was not taken on file. 3.Considering the submission, the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai, is directed to verify, if already a charge sheet has been filed, then the Judicial Magistrate should take on file, without further delay.

4.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
