ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the third respondent to register an FIR based upon the complaint of the petitioner, dated 24.11.2014.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint on 24.11.2014 to register the case, but the respondents have not shown any interest to investigate the case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that on receipt of the complaint in C.S.R.No.PS/SP/3591/2014, enquiry has been conducted and the petitioner was not appeared and the same has been closed on 26.12.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the rival submissions made on either side, the petitioner is directed to approach the civil forum, since enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 26.12.2014.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
