2. It is beyond dispute that survey Nos.791/2 and 791/3, Vedhalai Village have been classified as Oorani / burial ground / temple. The character of the said survey numbers will be maintained as such for all times to come. No other activities in the said survey numbers will be permitted. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
