PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in C.C.No.70 of 2014 on the file of the Fast Track Court, Karur and quash the proceedings in the same insofar as the petitioner/fifth accused is concerned in the said C.C.70 of 2014. For Petitioner: Mr.T.Padmanabhan

ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash C.C.No.70 of 2014 on the file of the Fast Track Court, Karur.

2.When the matter was posted for admission, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps to list the matter 'for admission'. The matter is pending for more than 4-1/2 years, without admitting and without directing the notice. 3.It clearly shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the case. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Hence, these Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
