To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by the order dated 13.12.2022 passed in Crl.OP(MD)No.21598 of 2022 Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRAGALATHAN.N, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of M/S.VEERANTHIRAN M, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents in both petitions the court made the following order:- These Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).Nos.21596 and 21598 of 2022, dated 13.12.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).Nos.21596 and 21598 of 2022, dated 13.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.

5.With the above direction, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
