ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who is a sole accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 323 IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.206 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. According to the de-facto complainant, on 02.08.2015, at about 05.30 a.m the petitioner entered into the house of the defacto complainant and misbehaved with her. Hence, a case has been registered against the petitioner.
3. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the de-facto complainant and the petitioner are neighbours and due to dispute he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the complaint filed by the petitioner is registered against the de-facto complainant in Crime No.207 of 2015.
4. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. and 06.00 p.m until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
7. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
