The present petition is filed seeking permission and police protection to conduct Villupattu, Agni Chatti Procession etc., along with Sendaimelam on 01.02.2021 and 02.02.2021 at Sri Arulmigu Muppidathiamman Temple situate at Padaiyatchi Street, Sengottai Taluk, Vadakarai, Tenkasi District.

2. Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the permission sought for by the petitioner was granted on 25.01.2021 vide proceedings No.Na.Ka.m.2/100/2021.
