Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 2.All that the petitioner/defacto complainant wants is that the jurisdictional Magistrate must number the final report and take a call. It is stated that the final report was filed on 04.07.2020. The second respondent is directed to make a verification if the final report is available on the file of the Court. Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti is directed to take a call on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
