Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14-A(3) of SC/ST (Amendment Act) of 2014, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the learned
Sessions Judge, Special Court for the Trial of SC and ST Act Cases, Ramanathapuram in Cr.M.P.1689 of 2023 dated 02.12.2023 and to set aside the same and to enlarge the appellants on bail in Crime No.332 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent.
ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S.Nihar Ali, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. M.Muthumanikkam Government. Advocate Crl. Side, for the respondents No.1 and 2, this Court made the following order:
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.1093 of 2023, dated 22.12.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail.
3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents Police.
4. Since the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and also there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioner, the condition is relaxed in toto.
5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
