ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Spl.S.C.No.15 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court, Pudukottai and quash the same.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that six witnesses have been examined so far. He further submitted that the petitioner did not appear before the concerned Court and warrant has been issued against the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Proseuctor and also perused the materials available on record.

4.Since warrant has been issued against the petitioner for nonappearance before the trial Court, The petitioner is directed to approach the concerned trial Court by setting all the facts and the circumstances of the case to recall the warrnat, at this stage, no positive direction can be issued. 2/4

5. When this Court about to dismiss the petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.
