Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who is arrayed as A2, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(a) r/w 24 of TNP Act, in Crime No.519 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused found in possession of 45 bottles of brandy containing 180 ML each illegally, without permission from the Government.

3. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of the bar and the first accused is a salesman of the bar was arrested and released on bail. He further submits that the the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

7.
