ORDER
In view of the nature of the order passed, I am not issuing notice to fourth and fifth respondents.
2. There appears to be a parallel litigation pending between the petitioner and also the fourth and fifth respondents in 1/3
O.S.No.74/2014 before the District Munsif Court at Thuraiyur. In the meanwhile, proceedings had also been initiated with respect to grant or otherwise of patta. The entire issues surrounds the property to which the petitioner and the fourth and fifth respondents, claim namely in Survey Nos.299/3, 300/3, 300/4, 300/7, 300/8 and 369/6 and 369/11 which are all situated in Vengaimandalam Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District. The Appeal in this regard is now pending on the file of the first respondent/ the Revenue Divisional Officer, Musiri Division, Trichy District in Appeal No.6511 of 2019.
3. Heard Mr.Raguvaran Gopalan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 to 3.
4. A direction is issued to the first respondent to proceed to hear the appeal in manner known to law. If notice has been issued, hear all the parties. If notice is not issued, issue notice to all the parties, hear them, take into consideration the fact that the suit is also pending and thereafter pass final orders on or before 30.04.2022.
5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
