ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to make alternative way for the proposed formation of High Voltage Power Line above the properties in Survey No.1296/2A, 1296/2B, 1305/2B, 1308/1, 1315/1 in Singathakurichi Revenue Village, Srivaikuntam Revenue Sub District, Tuticorin Revenue District Under Section 13 of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 and as per the Communication of the 1st respondent sent to the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.C5/3500796-2025/e 953365 dated 12.12.2025 on the petitioners representation dated 10.11.2025, within the period as stipulated by this Honourable Court
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation to the respondents seeking to make alternative way for the proposed formation of High Voltage Power Line in the aforementioned properties. However, since the said representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that on considering the representation of the petitioner, necessary orders would be passed.
5. Considering the said submission made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.11.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
