The petitioners herein are arrayed as accused Nos.2 and 3 in C.C.No.192 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District. They filed this application under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the said C.C.No.192 of 2013 .

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent represented that on 21.08.2015 itself, the case pertaining to this petition was disposed of, in which the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioners were acquitted from all the charges by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District. He also produced a copy of the said order before this Court.

3. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is recorded. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
