This revision petition is filed to dispose RCOP.No.11/2018 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thiruchendur within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Since no adverse order against the respondent is supposed to be passed in the present petition, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

4. Since RCOP is pending from the year 2018, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed with a direction to the learned District Munsif, Thiruchendur to dispose RCOP.No.11/2018 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
