ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.12 of 2015 on the file of the fourth respondent to the file of the fifth respondent herein, under the supervision of the first respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first to fifth respondents submitted that charge sheet has already been filed on 06.04.2015.

3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
