Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.3910/2020/E3, dated 30.12.2022 of the second respondent and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary.

ORDER:- This Writ Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time For Lower Court" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 24.01.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by Debts Recovery Tribunal Madurai, dated 26.12.2023, seeking further extension of six months time for disposal of the case in Sarfaesi Application No.171 of 2022, this Court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR,J.,) By letter dated 26.12.2023, addressed to the Registrar (Writs), the Presiding Officer (I/c), Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai has requested further time of six months to dispose of the case in S.A.No.171 of 2022.

2. Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 24.01.2023.
