Respondents Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd respondent herein to execute the bailable warrant issued by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District in connection with S.T.C.No.205 of 2020 dated 07.12.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner is the complainant in S.T.C.No.205 of 2020 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi. It is stated that Non Bailable Warrant issued against the accused is pending for a long time. Therefore, direction is issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi to ensure the execution of Non Bailable Warrant issued against the third respondent. The second respondent is directed to comply with this direction and ensure that the Non Bailable Warrant executed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
