ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a B.T.Assistant seeking a mandamus as against the respondent to consider her representation dated 03.01.2025.

2.A perusal of the representation reveals that the petitioner was initially working at Government (Boys) High School, Anna Nagar, Trichy District. Since the said post became surplus, she was deployed to Government Higher Secondary School, Pudurpalayam. The petitioner is working there for the past five years. It is further brought to the notice of the Court that one B.T.Assistant (English) teacher

working in the Government Higher Secondary School, Thuvakudi is about to attain superannuation on 30.05.2025. Therefore, the petitioner has sent a representation to the first respondent on 03.01.2025 to consider and transfer her to the above said vacancy at Thuvakudi. Since the said request has so far not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.In view the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.01.2025 and pass orders as expeditiously as possible.

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
