This writ petition has been filed challenging the notice issued by the second respondent thereby call upon the petitioner to attend the enquiry to be held on 13.01.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that based on the notice, the petitioner attended the enquiry on 13.01.2025 and produced all the documents in support of her objections to register the document which is kept pending Document No.02/2025 thereafter, enquiry was postponed to 24.01.2025.
4. Therefore, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the notice served on the petitioner by the second respondent. That apart, only based on the objections raised by the petitioner, the second respondent call upon the petitioner to attend the enquiry.
