[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2023 to grant benefit of One Time Settlement for the petitioner's Loan Account Nos.541000000177 and 541000000178.

2. Heard Mr.G.S.Senthilkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.V.Veerapandian, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The petitioner has made a representation on 05.01.2023, seeking to grant benefit of One Time Settlement for his loan accounts. However, the same was not considered by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, we direct the respondents bank to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.01.2023 and pass orders, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of two [2] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
